Chloe, who was traveling with her parents from their home in Indiana, was with her grandfather in the children's water park play area when her grandfather placed her on the wood railing, which was in front of a wall of glass windows, according to Winkleman.

This man will be mentally tortured for the rest of his life and I’m sure if he could bring his granddaughter back by sacrificing his life he would! It’s just a sad situation for the entire family.😢 This was negligence just like when someone forgets their child is left alone in a hot car. Nobody but the person who has responsibility for that child is at fault. But, admitting that then moving on is the best step to take.

So tragic. Very sad for everyone. El sr. no esta tan viejo.. el tuvo la culpa .de esta pobrecita😥😥bebe tan hermosa se haya caído This should never have come to this. It was a horrible accident, that’s all. That prosecutor should be disbarred. This is so so so sad... 😞 'We need to make sure nothing like this will ever happen to another precious baby, or anyone else for that matter, ever again.' I want to ask Grandpa if he's aware of any kids who have fallen through windows like before or since his granddaughter. I'm guessing not.

Does grandpa have a mentle/ emotional disorder? Ie: dementia?. Why would normal person do such horrid act.💔😣 The prosecutor in this case is flawed to bring this case. He has suffered enough. Punishment of any kind won’t change anything. Don’t bring the case. WhatAreYouTryingToProve? Prayers! I have a plea deal for him. Tie him to the bow of the ship, drag him under the ship to the stern. Amid ship take a 15 minute underwater break. If he survives set him free.

RoyalCaribbean RoyalCaribPR is TOTALLY at fault for this tragedy. They and the crooked Puerto Rico police/DA threatened and bullied this poor innocent man to plead guilty or he'd never see his remaining grandkids again. BoycottPuertoRico BoycottRoyalCaribbean This is tragic and family will never recover.. At the end of the day there should be no windows or exits for children to have access to. Cruise line is at fault.

Sad situation.. You would have to have prove that he intensely wanted her to fall out the window!!! Wasn't it bad enough he dropped her. Then he had to plea deal? Seems pretty cruel. This is ridiculous. If this accident had happened anywhere else but on the property of some rich person, there wouldn't have been any charges and the whole thing would've been ruled an accident. Sorry the poor guy has to not only live with his mistake of being old plus 'the law.'

With all the alleged videos that exist of the incident I doubt RC will even think giving them a penny. No wonder the lawyer never give an interview here! Let him know pleading guilty IS ADMITING! In any courtroom! But he they got to fight for that Royal Caribbean money! shame Yes lacomay said it first! Heres the document

Horrific beyond words 😢 Poor baby

Grandfather of toddler who died falling from cruise ship to plead guilty in her deathThe grandfather of the 18-month-old who fell to her death from an open window on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship will plead guilty to her death, his attorney says. Very sad news... he’ll have to live with this horrible tragedy by re-living each moment of what happened every single day. Maybe don’t file a lawsuit against a cruise line that had cameras covering every inch of that boat. 'Criminal Justice ' system gone wild! Unbelievable! How much garbage can you put this family through? He did NOTHING criminal. Mind boggling!

Grandfather Who Dropped Toddler Out of Cruise Ship Window to Plead Guilty to Negligent HomicideSalvatore Anello was charged with negligent homicide for the October 2019 death of his 18-month-old granddaughter Chloe Wiegand Omgggggg It’s a horrific tragedy but it was the grandfathers negligence not the cruise ship’s fault This is just terrible!!! Sad , hard to read

Fourth passenger from cruise ship dies in Japan - NHKA fourth passenger from the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' moored in J... So sad, they just wanna to have a good time. Crazy to think that I was on the Sapphire Princess just two years ago. As we speak, DP's parent company Carnival is procuring disinfecting services (like John Wick's clean up crew) so this floating coffin set sail in April. It will take more than four golden coins by then. How disgusting these corporate suits. Damn!! How many more? Duh!!

Diamond Princess cruise ship quarantine had flaws, 'was not ideal,' Japan panel acknowledgesA Japanese government panel acknowledged the coronavirus quarantine of a cruise ship wasn't perfect but defended its decision to release passengers. Vậy thích là bệnh thì cho bệnh luôn Princess Cruise Lines has a great option to divide future cruise information by ship. U.S. officials: Four more Diamond Princess passengers have coronavirus; U.S. cases at 57Four more passengers from the Diamond Princess cruise ship have tested positive for coronavirus COVID-19, bringing the total number of Americans infected from the ship to 40. Thank God our President, Donald J Trump, closed the borders - brought American manufacturing jobs back home and was/is a China hawk! Man that guy is one stable genius! What are stats of numbers infected versus deaths ? Why don't they just sink the damn ship? 😂
