The 7 day average went up from 350 new cases a day to 700 new cases a day. 4 deaths per day in average. First wave max. was around 6.000 cases a day. Not sure, whether this can be called a second wave.

What does 'Second Wave' of COVID19 actually mean? I wish a formal definition could be agreed. Countries such as Germany and Australia who largely *suppressed* their 'First Wave' are BOUND to get an uptick as the virus just waits until restrictions are lifted. No cause for alarm.
