BERLIN (AP) — A German court has set a trial date for a 100-year-old man who is charged with 3,518 counts of accessory to murder on allegations he served as a Nazi SS guard at a concentration camp on the outskirts of Berlin during World War II.

The suspect is alleged to have worked at the Sachsenhausen camp between 1942 and 1945 as an enlisted member of the Nazi Party’s paramilitary wing.Authorities say that despite his advanced age, the suspect is considered fit enough to stand trial, though the number of hours per day the court is in session may have to be limited.

The amount of people defending this nazi is crazy 😕 Crimes against humanity in Palestine, and Burma still exist and there's no Trial against the cruelty, and cataclysmic killing of children and older people and everyone who stands against the Israeli occupation in Jerusalem.

How many generations has this guy killed? His family may still have that gene. He was 24 when the war ended. His generation were brainwashed as Hitler Youth. He was not in control of his actions. A 24 year old private following orders is not the same as the 50 year old generals who claimed to be'following orders.'

Hang em' like we did in '45 Should the surviving members of the Hitler Youth be tried for their crimes since they also wore SS uniforms when they fought on the Russian front? NeverAgain
