This story is so bizzare and wrong. Everyone deserves to be safe in their homes free of any racial bias.
I'll bet this story goes a lot deeper then what we are seeing. That isn't a judgement or exoneration but observation. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior, some times there are motivating factors and it is that side of the story I'm curious about.
