Definitely!! At our age we need to watch our BP!! All this salt is killing us!!

I stopped eating rice, bread, and potatoes and dropped 45 lb without any other changes in my habits.

Rice is made from white flour? That's new! I thought rice was grown. How can it be made from flour.

The the potato don’t need to be fry!! They can be put on the oven with a little extra Virgin Oil, and a drop of salt, and they taste amazing! Also I do the steak fries that in my opinion are much better tasting then the tiny fries from Mc Donald, King Burger, and even In and Out!

The funny thing about nutritional science is that every few years, another stufy comes out advising the things you weren’t supposed to eat are now good for you. I say eat in moderation.

You are thinking 'maybe that's what my mom says' rather then what a scientist is concerned about. When the first thing to think about when studying food is mortality, we link food with drugs. A scientist is not concerned about who likes fries.

Well seems like a real interesting study: A scientist says that everyone likes French fries but who knows that those kinds of foods hurt their health? You can't stay away from the fries, their deadly, and so are cars, cancer, guns, and drug overdoses.

We’re all going to die sometime anyways - earlier or later - try and enjoy the journey.
