One company is catering to people's fascination with space by planning to build an enormous hotel for tourists who want to experience life beyond Earth's atmosphere.
Activities on board will include low-gravity basketball, low-gravity trampolining and rock climbing, Tim Alatorre, senior design architect of the Von Braun Space Station, told architecture and design magazine Dezeen. The Von Braun Space Station will feature privately-owned modules used for villas, hotels or commercial activity as well as government-owned modules used for research, according to the proposal.

This rotating space station is pretty big, the chance of being hit by a meteorite is in proportion to its total area exposed to outer space, remedy of leaking of air to the outer space is a major concerns. It's a hard task to assemble such multi-section structure in space.
Think I heard a story about this in a Sci-Fi novel when I was a kid (like 50+ yrs ago)....Bill must have read the same book :)
