Some Fidelity Investments customers were in for a nightmare scenario on Wednesday: when they logged into their online portals, they saw they had no balance — or, in some cases, no account at all.

I mentioned this earlier today. It was the web interface...it would just come up blank., or say it couldn't give out the info. Luckily I use the Active Trade Pro...and can access that way. Though I did spend 45 mins on hold when I had to call for something else this am. LOL
