"Recognizing the students' significant liberty to refuse unwanted medical treatment, the Fourteenth Amendment permits Indiana University to pursue a reasonable and due process of vaccination in the legitimate interest of public health for its students, faculty, and staff," Judge Damon Leichty wrote in the 101-page ruling."Today, on this preliminary record, the university has done so for its campus communities.
"Today's ruling does not end the students' fight—we plan to immediately appeal the judge's decision," Bopp said in a statement."In addition, we plan on asking the judge to put a hold on IU's Mandate pending that appeal. We are confident the court of appeals will agree that the Mandate should be put on hold."The US Supreme Court has long held that states and public schools can mandate vaccinations.
Ya Know, that sounds “REASONABLE” to Me!👏👍⚖️💙✌🏼🌻🌸🌺🍀💪👁👁😀😃😁💚❤️
I hope they just opened themselves up to multiple law suits.
NIH and dr. Fauci funded Wuhan lab which made covid spreadable human to humans he is responsible for all these deaths
If that’s the case I shall enrol in University of Pakistan.
Lord God hear our prayers!!! A vaccination without the actual virus is forced on young people.
What an awesome judge!!!!
Sorry to hear your health and is now the state experiment. Young students, with healthy and capable immune system, not at risk of Covid infection or death (0.00xx chances of having a complication) yet this experimental and now proven innefective jab is a mandatory thing …
Smart.
get fucken vaccinated for gods sake
The Irony is that those who are so worked up about getting the vaccine are the ones most in need of a higher education. This is nothing new people.
Anderson Cooper (a new father) is asking the surgeon general about older folk getting vaccinated to protect young children under 12. Older folk apparently don’t/didn’t care about children KILLED by assault weapons at Sandy Hook ..WHY would older folk get vaccinated for kids ?
This should be the policy for every college & university. If you don't, you can not enter in the fall.
Good
d3Playbook This is really sad. Absolute bs.
Oh yeah?
Cool! And the judge should be liable for every death due to the vaccine! Lets do it!
Kisanektazindabad Don’t y’all forget about Indian farmers 🌾🚜🌾

Great news!
Wow! Forcing people to take a drug that is not FDA approved when it’s a public university is astounding? What if they show proof that they tested positive? I would expect the Supreme Court to take the case
Leichty's ruling also pointed out the state of Indiana's long standing requirements for other vaccinations prior to going to school.
That should be required for every student the age of 12 and older. If it is not required, then there will be possible outbreaks throughout school systems, and students will be right back to virtual learning. It should be required for children 2 to 11 when it is available.
GOOD! Get vaccinated 🙌🏻
Most colleges already require a menengitis vaccine. Haven't seen anybody throw a shit fit about that.
Query - Will the judge be liable if a student suffers or dies from heart inflammation ?
Good
4 years ago, my son was required to provide proof of several vaccines before enrolling in college. This is not new. Colleges require vaccines. Deal with it.
