A New York federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from implementing a rule next week that would have targeted lower-income immigrants as part of an effort to curb legal immigration.
The rule is part of President Donald Trump's broad push to favor skilled and wealthy immigrants over others. The new regulation would take an expanded look at public services, to include Medicaid and food stamps, that would be used to test whether an immigrant would required taxpayer-funded assistance.
It's been my experience that immigrants work harder than anyone to support themselves & fit in. Prejudging them based on wealth or education is repugnant. Diversity is our strength.

it's on it's way to the supreme court who will rule with the immigration laws. Liberal judges make up there own laws and this will cause them to get in trouble. It's only on illegals not legal immigrants
