Federal prosecutors in New York tell the judge overseeing the case against former Rudy Giuliani associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman that there are 7 phones tied to them that the FBI still cannot access.

Lev Parnas, a Rudy Giuliani associate with ties to Ukraine, looks at his phone as he waits in Senate Minority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer's office during President Donald Trump's the impeachment trial on Capitol Hill on Jan. 29, 2020.Federal prosecutors in New York told the judge overseeing the case against former Rudy Giuliani associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman that there are seven phones tied to them that the FBI still cannot access.that was filed in September of this year.

Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman were carrying one-way tickets to Vienna when they were arrested at Dulles International Airport outside of Washington in October 2019., including $325,000 to a pro-Trump political action committee.

Federal prosecutors say the two also engaged in a scheme to force the ouster of the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine in the original indictment but not in the superseding indictment filed in September. The chief judge wrote earlier this week, “this temporary curtailment of operations is required to preserve public health and safety in light of the recent spike in coronavirus cases, both nationally and within the Southern District of New York.”

If a suspect can be compelled to give DNA, why can't they be compelled to give up a pin?

How much do you wanna bet that Trump gives these ass hats a pardon?!

Where is the FBI? What about all the suitcases that are in the other states that didn’t get caught fraud votes fraud fraud fraud. A lot of people need to go to prison.

Harassment

Very simple. Hire a 13-year old - they can hack anything.

Call Israel. They'll get into it. I don't recall the company, but I'm sure the govt knows.

Give those damn things to markzucky and he will have them open in 45 seconds.

Have they tried this?

I’m more curious on the phones. Nothing is a better ad than the FBI not being able to break its security.

Give up the pins levparnas 😆

Uh oh maybe Lev will help them if they ask nicely

PanicInDC

The plot thickens.

WhatsApp... Kurshner and everyone associated with this Administration used this as their get out of jail free card. Putting this seeming Teflon option back into a bag is impossible.

They should talk to Lev & his lawyer. He wanted to testify at Trump's trial. josephabondy levparnas TheDemocrats

Oh, yeah, hey by the way, speaking of Giuliani . . .

Nothing going on here is there. Great bunch of people.

'Can I pardon a cell phone?' -Donald Trump

waterboard his ass -

One wonders whether a nation with such a corrupt news media (NYT, WaPo, CNN, Time, PBS, ABC) in concert with big tech oligarchs can survive as a democratic republic. All journalistic standards have been abandoned and demeaned to the point of obliteration.

It was probably inevitable that this horror film of an administration would have someone in the mix actually named 'Igor'

The FBI can't access? That doesn't make sense to me. Do they need the actual phones? Who has them?

I would bet that Lev Parnas will be interested in some kind of deal with the prosecutors and the passwords to his phones may be the best bargaining chip he has.

Lol...they obviously need to make it happen!

Oh oh...👇🏻

Might the be Russian phones?

King of the skeets.
