The claim that presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden wants to eliminate fracking has been made for much of the presidential campaign.and is similar to an ad by America First Action, a pro-Trump Political Action Committee. It includes a video of Biden answering a question in a primary debate and a claim that Biden could cost Pennsylvania more than 600,000 jobs. The video says it is paid for by America First Action.

We would make sure it's eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those, either — any fossil fuel,” Biden said in response.It’s unclear what Biden meant by “work it out” or when the elimination would occur, but the Biden campaign said he does not want to ban fracking. Biden’s energy plan and other comments he has made shed light on his plans.
Biden said he doesn’t believe there are enough votes in Congress to pass a federal law to deal with fracking.President Donald Trump accused Biden of being inconsistent on fracking during the final presidential debate on Oct. 22.
