Seriously they are the most fragile people they should not be allowed weapons. This is awful

That is a gross undercharge. Could’ve easily charged him with felony murder, since the victim was killed while he was committing felonious animal abuse.

An interesting case. Most cops never draw their weapon during their law enforcement career. Yet they are expected to react like a battle hardened veteran. Better training would help. truth

Was he supposed to let the dog attack him?

But The dog was a career criminal and woman was on drug.

ALL COPS should just walk off the job ! It is surreal how Cops are being treated by our new PUSSIFIED America!!!

How’s the dog?

Only thing I can say is cops job is not easy.. we expect them to do too much.. and they do not have option to go wrong.. If you serve food in drive thru, the biggest mistake you is to forget to give straw or pack napkins but if you are cop.. your single mistake can kill someone.

derenziobandit Unintentional or intentional, it's still gun violence. Well_Regulated_

Damn that was sad . negligence I don’t know . Prayers for them and there familys

rolandsmartin Interesting

If you watch the video it looks like his shots went array and this was an accident. If a aggressive pitbull is charging you what would you do if you have a gun. His actions were a bit reckless but he did not mean to shoot this women.

sad

rolandsmartin I don't believe he was supposed to cover up the camera.

Haven’t heard about this.......hmmmm 🤔 is that because it’s a RED State PressSec realDonaldTrump

PCUnitedPage JFC. This is horrific.

Grand jury indictment or no, this is going to be a tough case to make for the prosecution. She had an aggressive dog in a public space and announced himself in more than enough time for her to secure her dog. The dog did lunge and that is a scenario where most would defend

I live in Texas and I have a gun so you SOBs better watch the F out I will kill anything that moves. I am a trained gun owner. I don't mind spending the rest of my life in Prison with people that like me.

I thought we were all told it was racist talking about a White person being a victim. I'm so confused.

Don’t agree with this one at all

It should be mentioned it was a miniature poodle.

Not guilty: reasonable doubt.

Wow!

But that dog was a felon and on drugs, had a wrap sheet from here to Amarillo.

You would think that he would know better. Shame!

Honest your honour, I was totally aiming for her dog when I shot that woman 17 times ... cop humor at it's best.

Should he have let dog attack him?

Wow it looked like he was shooting at a dog getting ready to attack him but whatever don’t let facts get into the way

No wonder Police support Trump, they're idiots too!

I'm just here for the comments attempting to justify the shooting.

why are there so many idiot cops murdering people? where are the BlueLivesMatter folks?

We are all less safe when in the presence of guns.

TX and guns.
