Ex-officer Brett Hankison indicted in connection with Breonna Taylor's death

Brett Hankison, the former Louisville police officer who fatally shot Breonna Taylor, has been indicted by a grand jury on three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree.

Two other officers involved in the March shooting -- Sgt. John Mattingly and Det. Myles Cosgrove -- were not charged following months of demonstrations calling for the arrests of all the officers. Wrong!!!!! He did not fatally shoot her. It was Officer Cosgrove's return fire that was the fatal shot. All of Officer Hankinson's return fire went through neighboring apartments.

'Wanton Endangerment' is the equivalent to shooting in the air, minimum years. Not homicide as determined by the coroner. This charge gives the police the authority to 'kill at will.' Zimmerman had the right to 'Stand His Ground.' Breonna Taylor's BF did not.
