'Americans feel like we won a war,' Toni Sanders, an activist based in Washington, D.C., told ABC News. 'We were in the negative and now we're back at zero,' she said, referring to the transition of power from President Donald Trump to President-elect Biden. Many Black Lives Matter activists say they fear America's strides in fighting racism and social injustice could regress in this new administration.

"Americans feel like we won a war," Toni Sanders, an activist based in Washington, D.C., told ABC News. "We were in the negative and now we're back at zero," she said, referring to the transition of power from President Donald Trump to President-elect Biden. Many Black Lives Matter activists say they fear America's strides in fighting racism and social injustice could regress in this new administration.

Commissioner Kenneth Hodder, national commander of the Salvation Army, said the organization is running its annual Red Kettle Campaign at all the retail locations available to them this year. Kelley Hardison, deputy vice president of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, said not as many retailers want to host the organization's classic white collection boxes.

John M. Pierce, a California lawyer who has employed war-like rhetoric in his advocacy and fundraising for Kyle Rittenhouse -- the 17-year-old accused of killing two men and wounding another during a night of unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin -- filed a motion to withdraw from Rittenhouse's criminal case, just hours after prosecutors alleged in a court filing Thursday that Pierce's reported financial problems raised ethical concerns and a potential conflict of interest.

Election officials in Georgia say a federal judge's recent order to preserve voting machines at the request of attorney Sidney Powell, an ally of President Donald Trump, has the potential to "significantly hinder" their preparations for rapidly-approaching runoff elections that will determine control of the Senate.

Each company, school, religion, & gov't have rules & laws governing equality. The only way to get rid of inequality is to ban organizations that promote inequality. Which isnt possible because of Freedom of Assembly/Association. So it boils down to waiting for a beach of Law.
