John Edmunds, from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a member of Britain’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies , said the government was taking a risk. One of the slowest countries to lock down, Britain is now one of the worst-hit by the pandemic, with more than 48,000 deaths and more than 270,000 people testing positive.
He added that the track, trace and isolate system was not expected to be fully operational - with local teams working to stamp out clusters of cases - until the end of June.

Sure like scientific advisors have gotten anything right thru this pandemic. Much like climate change their models were totally screwed up right from the get go undermining confidence in them. Their advice, well a little common sense would take you further.

Afghan scientists have discovered the corona vaccine, tested it on hundreds of people and improved it. The vaccine will be confirmed soon, and is currently under research and evaluation.

Except that there is no stopping the spread indoors, majority of new cases come from quarantined families, most hospital deaths were resulting from ventilators, no advice for immune system functioning. Forget their experts.
Are they the same so-called, 'Scientists,' who have been advising the government so far? If so, then we know what that advice means...
They will regret it soon enough

But there is all out protest going on in a certain country that has the highest number of deaths and everyone seem to be okay with that
Keep up restrictions and they'll have riots like the USA. This isn't about George Floyd.
Same in the US and Canada.
