Understanding why we develop emotional wounds is a start but doesn't make them go away. Here's what needs to happen for true healing to begin, writes tinagilbertson

Exercise Increases Endocannabinoids and Reduces Inflammation

"In the current study we explore the functional interactions between the endocannabinoid system and the gut microbiome in modulating inflammatory markers," the authors explain."So far, no previous study examined the potential link between the endocannabinoid system, exercise, and the gut microbiome."

For this first-of-its-kind research led by Ana Valdes of Nottingham's School of Medicine, the researchers recruited 78 patients with painful osteoarthritis. Study participants were randomly divided into two groups. One cohort participated in a six-week exercise intervention that involved 15-minutes of strength training per day. The control group didn’t exercise.

After six weeks, people in the muscle-strengthening group had higher levels of an endocannabinoid called anandamide along with anti-inflammatory changes in their gut microbiome composition indexed by decreases in the proinflammatory cytokines . Notably, these changes did not occur in the"non-exercise" control group.

According to first author Amrita Vijay, the study shows that exercise increases the body's cannabis-type substances, which has a positive impact. tinagilbertson i would say their needs to be open communication between you and the other person when you and someone important to you have had a really bad argument a really helpful tool like i did might be to talk to someone you trust first walk along the beach

tinagilbertson 6/ In my emotional research, this traumatic charge is related to and held in place by another 'Charge'... 'Emotional Charge', bottled up emotions, and the cumulative effects of more bottled up emotions in cumulative incidents.

tinagilbertson 5/ of the traumatic event, and with earlier events, got at the cumulative 'Traumatic Charge', over all, and in the realization of that, dissipated that negative energy that had built up, and was helping to continue a condition, psychosomatically.

tinagilbertson 4/ In this manner, a 'Chain' of traumatic events could be gotten at. This is one of Freud's methods of talking therapy to get at traumatic events; reduction was done by repetition and similarity. In telling what happened, a person got at the Who, what, when, where, and why...

tinagilbertson 3/ This was done on a traumatic incident several times, and then looking for associated earlier and similar traumatic events. 'This pain in the shoulder'..an 'earlier/similar pain in the shoulder', may have different causes but in the subconscious mind, have a SIMILARITY.

tinagilbertson 2/ When I studied in the 70s, the technique was to take a person back into the memories of the trauma, and get at the time it started, and review it from beginning to end, then tell the therapist 'What happened'. This was talking out the trauma. Sort of like 'controlled venting'.
