High levels of coffee consumption during pregnancy was associated with low birth weight, preterm birth and stillbirths in a 2017 study. Past studies also suggested people with sleep issues or uncontrolled diabetes should check with a doctor before adding caffeine to their diets.And, of course, these benefits do not apply to kids.

Yeah but it will give you poor hydration and your skin dries up. You would have to drink more water, but if you don't up your electrolytes your neurons won't be able to send signals and you get water poisoning. Not all a panacea but boy when it hits. That first breath.

Well. Study is just that, study; it is not a fact. It indicates that caffeine has some benefits. It boosts energy for us, no? Everyone is different anyway. If you drink too much alcohol in addition to coffee, the former could spoil yr liver. Drink everything in moderation.
