A large explosion has rocked a fireworks factory in northwest Turkey's Sakarya province.
At least 2 people have been killed and more than 70 others have been injured in Friday's blast, Sakarya Governor Cetin Oktay Kaldirim said. There were an estimated 150 workers at the factory outside the town of Hendek, in Sakarya, Kaldirim said.Turkey's Interior Minister Suleman Soylu, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca and Social Minister Zehra Selcuk reached Sakarya soon after to monitor the situation on the ground.
