President Trump announced Thursday that he is imposing new tariff on imports from Mexico to try to curb illegal immigration on the southern border.

Mattie Duppler, senior fellow for fiscal policy at the National Taxpayers Union, and Andy Puzder, former CKE Restaurants CEO, join "Squawk Box" to discuss how tariffs might affect the economy.
