The current public attention on race will help diversity officers in thier ability to be more effective. Problem is , diversity departments are usually the smallest & under resourced. Tough to convince execs to make diversity a chief priority.

That’s because in the real world outside of journalism & politics, all people are treated w respect; there is essentially zero racism of any kind. The useless people in media & politics should quit & join the workforce out of those areas. They might really love people & life.

Chief Diversity Officers? Can anyone say fraud waste and abuse. No wonder tuition is so high.

Diversity? Where everyone looks different but thinks alike? 🤔

Has anybody counted the number of ‘white oppressor / black victim’ tweets coming from WSJ? It is like a quarter of the tweets.

2- Because then employment becomes nothing more then a surreal expectation of what you are entitled to...rather then what you are willing to earn and/or achieve on your own accord, aspirations, and skill set.

1- Employment should be based on one narrative. Merit. It's sole basis is skill, work ethic, and the will and/or ability to achieve. [Anyone] deserves opportunity under those confines alone. To push [diversity] solely on [it's] merit, set's the unwilling up for certian failure.

It’s a scam

Imagine having an official in charge of hiring people based on what they are and not what they can do. The token finder.

If a company is focused on diversifying their work force on skin color I'll invest elsewhere. That is the shallowest, most unproductive type of diversity.

You can't have a diversity officer with 'chief' in the position title. It is offensive. In Duluth, MN they're trying to get rid of the word chief in all city position titles.

Diversity officers- one of the most useless jobs out there

Biggest waste of corporate money since they are all anti-capitalist Marxists. Their job is to destroy companies from the inside.

The job is an in-house cultural Marxism facilitator. People should refuse to work for companies that have any sort of diversity office.

The diversity is a farce, a con job. So they leave.🤔

Corporations might as well burn their money

That position in both government & corporations is an absolute mockery of its real purpose. They are literally bobblehead figures.

😂 companies that created 'chief diversity officers' might be the most pandering act imaginable. Nothing says 'we have to hire you to avoid the appearance of being racist' like hiring a chief diversity officer.
