Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton tells Ayman Mohyeldin President Trump is acting as a 'provocateur' by ratcheting up tensions between protestors and law enforcement.
In response to the President's comments the night before, Norton says she believes Trump will fail to push for legislation on the issues surrounding the protests and says it will instead "fall to the members of the House and Senate."
