JACKSONVILLE — VyStar customers have now been unable to access online banking for a full week.
“Their debit card can work actually at ATMs nationwide as part of a network that we have through many leading retailer brands where they’ll be able to access their account free of charge at those ATMs,” said Swanson.“We are 100% sure that this is not a cyber security incident or hack of any sort,” said Swanson.
“You know, normally when I have a project going I have a fallback. You know, there has to be a fallback and usually that would be reverting back to the old system,” said McGill. “We’re still exploring that as an option, but it’s not our primary option at this time,” said Swanson.

VyStar Credit Union customers are frustrated after 5 days of online banking problemsAn outage of VyStar Credit Union’s web and mobile banking platforms is now on day 6. Is it time to pay off the hackers yet? I finally got onto the mobile site on my phone (the app is still down) and saw that transactions are FINALLY up to date. But OfficialVyStar I'd like the feature back that allows us to internally transfer money to another Vystar member!! They obviously didn't have a back out plan or use change control, at this point they don't even have a DR plan. I'm in SC now and can't see my accounts. I hope my money isn't disappearing as well.
