My mom told me to go back and finish school. I thought about it about it but I don’t like school either.

The first is losing the job you have due to a negative disposition, which can impact the quality of your work. The next is a poor reference or not receiving a reference at all. Remember this if you decide to look elsewhere.As for now, staying at your current job sounds like a good plan while you determine what will make a more enjoyable alternative for you. You do have friends, which makes it easier. You also have a good schedule.
