Mayor Bill de Blasio said he will appoint a working group to look into ending solitary confinement in New York City jails.

The mayor and Board of Correction Chair Jennifer Jones Austin said the city has formed a working group to eliminate punitive-segregation practices.

The board, an oversight committee that sets rules and standards for the Department of Correction, will vote on recommendations from the four-person panel this fall.

DB fighting for the everyday people as always. Suck it up you NYC Fcktards - you voted this guy in so bend over and take what you asked for.

De Stupid strikes again!

Why

Social distancing

Just release them. They can join their crime buddies on the NY streets while you dictate who can pray or have a funeral. Talk about a racist. He hates Jews, clearly !!!

Better deal than nursing home patients.

Can you print your fake news on softer, more absorbent paper for a better wipe when people run out of TP

Can we first find out what Mrs. de Blasio did with the $800 million that was supposed to go to mental health? crooks worstmayorever

Look into it means he’s gonna ask cops to look into their own abuse of human rights wat a joke

Should have started with Epstein.

🤣😂 they can shove the elderly into homes like Nazi showers to die instantly, but for this they have to set up a board to discuss. Corrupt evil politicians. When do the treason trials start?

DeBlasio should volunteer to be their roommates and keep them from being solitary.

Why don’t you first study why it’s employed. There’s history. Learn from it before you think there’s something wrong with how something is done. Learn the why.

“a working group” - what a bold move

NewYorkers it’s time to get this waste of space out of office..

How about just ending it?

Can Epstein still APPLY ?

This is very important. Especially with a 40% increasingly in murders.

Idiot

An inmate they knew had a seizure in jail the week prior and was listed as having a serious medical condition. Heartless. And that will make you feel better, Jez?
