Crocs sues Walmart, Hobby Lobby and others for allegedly copying its popular shoe

The shoemaker filed four trademark infringement lawsuits last week in several US district courts against about 20 companies it alleges are violating its trademarks and other intellectual properties on the shoes.

I agree, they should be sued. I love my Crocs and don’t mind paying for them. But these rip offs should be illegal!!! They are hurting a company. You can’t sell fake Rolex watches, so why should Walmart be allowed to sell fake Crocs
