Three studies offered more evidence that COVID-19 vaccines are standing up to the omicron variant, at least among people who received booster shots. From the Associated Press.

They are the first large U.S. studies to look at vaccine protection against omicron, health officials said.

The first study looked at hospitalizations and emergency room and urgent care center visits in 10 states, from August to this month. People who were boosted had the highest protection against coronavirus infection, both during the time delta was dominant and also when omicron was taking over.

Even then, you can get Covid. Like my vaccinated family did after Christmas. But, to illustrate the effectiveness of boosters, I was the least sick, my sister was just a little more sick-no booster but had Covid in April. My bro-in-law with no past Covid & no booster got sickest.

Please provide evidence and what is standing up mean?
