Hello Gap Year
Will they cut their ridiculous cost of the University then? Should be cut by 80%
40k for a Zoom call? Jesus wept.
Always safety first!! Covid19Pandemic
But they will still charge the full amount for tuition.
So all international undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard will have to leave US
AnnaBrad07 this was just announced. I assume other colleges will do same.
JonLemire Harvard is racist.
Grim, untethered decision. I am an alum and in shock that they are not considering the fact that students need school and that zoom is no substitute. So many more options to allow student life to continue at some level but this is a charade and certainly not worth $50,000.
Are they dropping tuition since the experience will be watered down?
...which means all students attending on foreign student visa will either have to find a new school, or go home.
Their suckers...I mean students can travel the country to riot and make class while their daddy pays for it
Harvard is having 40% of students on campus, including all freshman in the fall and all seniors in the spring.
University of Harvard-Phoenix
Money is important, education is important, but I think health is more important. IranianStudentsLivesMatter سلامت_دانشجو WHO saeednamaki mb_ghalibaf
Sure there will be lower tuition
I hope these courses would be at reduced fees as students won't be using the university buildings, facilities and infrastructure. Feel bad for the students who won't be able to fully benefit from the Harvard exposure by doing online classes only.
africaupdates What 🙆♂️ most of the extra tuition dont they knw we pay for college experience... that experience is priceless
tracyslutzkin have you seen this?
I’d take a gap year
When someone tries to impress you with their Harvard education just remember Allen Dershowitz
Take a gap year. Start a business.
Not true...misleading title
Hey UGA see what Harvard is doing?
Harvard is acquired by Khan Academy.
50k just to take classes online
How do I Apply pls.
Every school is now the university of Phoenix 😉
Schools are going to milk this virus for as long as they can
I would skip the year
so the first university which opened an online university branch had it correct all along.
NEW: Princeton announces it will bring roughly half of the undergraduate students back each semester.
Seems the intelligent thing to do. FL schools will not.
At a discounted cost, no doubt?
And I sure everyone will pass this year so long as you pay!!
If you're a parent will you REALLY consider paying all that money to have your child indoctrinated into MARXISM online? Just for the name, HARVARD? I would think not.
Awww yeahhhh. I’m shipping up to Boston to find myself a cheap apartment. 🥳
Paying that much for 'YouTube University'
NotreDame ? your move

Medical school online?
smart smart smart smart smart
The one benefit of Covid, less people being indoctrinated by the Leftist professors who seem to dominate this country's colleges and universities. They perpetrate the 'isms' (racism, sexism etc) in this country. Instead of teaching our past and showcase our progress.
What took so long? Should have done that as soon as cases started to increase again.
AlanDersh promises to keep his underwear on while teaching online law courses, although he won’t guarantee who will be giving him a massage Harvard never disappoints when sleazy behavior is involved
Protect the wealthy!
Are they banning riots in the streets and protests also? I’d be damned I’d close my legal way of feeding my family against a mob who follow no laws....
maggieNYT Cut tuition to nothing.
maggieNYT That’s the most sensible thing to do.
Current CDC numbers from serology tests indicated that 15% of Florida show antibodies for covid-19. That means over 3 million people. The death count hasn't risen in conformity with this 'surge' in cases. This means the mortality rate has dropped and is currently 0.11% 🙄
maggieNYT A life of debt for a zoom meeting.
unevadareno hey look
had my rich parents bought my way into Harvard , I might think twice about coming back this year.
The Mayor has more common sense than his governor and the president of the United States.
The last time there was a lock down president trump's approval ratings took a dive. This is very unfair and clearly proof of election tampering
The drunk children of Florida have to be scolded and corralled.
