Coronavirus Pandemic Leads to Shunning and Shaming in Small Towns

Lake Forest, Ill.—Last week, William Zordani and his large family took their Golden Retriever, Sunshine, for a walk near their home in this leafy suburb north of Chicago as they waited out the coronavirus shutdown.

That evening, a woman who lives a few blocks away posted a photo of Mr. Zordani, his mother and five of his six siblings on their walk to the town’s Facebook news site, lambasting them for ignoring social-distancing rules and endangering the community.

Snitches.

Wow.. the worst part of the commie (and nazi) regime were exactly these types of vigilantes ready to pick up the phone whenever and inform the police of the illegal anti-party practices. Never thought that this would appear in the land of the free.

These creepy people need a better hobby.

A acquaintance stopped by yesterday but left insulted because my husband & I put on gloves/ face mask & stood in the middle of our yard to speak to them. They asked us if we were inviting them inside & we told them empathetically, No. They called us snobs. Better a snob than dead
