Their rates are already too high. They maybe should consider that that is why customers are leaving them for UPS and other shipping services. Maybe pass billions in savings on to customers. There rates are already too high. My team was using them as first option to send packages in US and abroad. We have stopped that practice & use USPS, which is way better & cost effective service. If they increase cost for customers, they will be losing more revenue 😃
