Since George Floyd died, black people are getting messages and money from white people they barely know. Here are the dos and don’ts of being a white ally.

Agreed and as a starting point questionable cops shouldn’t be able to leave one division and join another to avoid suspension or termination. Same thing happens with bad teachers. They get in trouble in one district and just move to another. Why? Is this a union contract thing?
There are no bad cops. It’s just like trying to imagine a bad mailman or milkman. You are looking at a problem askew.

And any military personnel that lift a hand to harm any person residing on US soil should be court martialed and given a dishonorable discharge and do jail time for assault or whatever crime they committed. Assault is a crime. Same for police. Fired and jailed.

That’s not enough. Disband completely and do a wholesale rehiring of people meeting higher standards and give extensive proper training. This isn’t a few bad apples, this is a toxic orchard.
