Will anyone on staff at ABC if the fact that he is non-binary had any effect on the DA's decision to not prosecute after his previous arrest for bombmaking & kidnapping and have the records sealed? Use they’s correct pronouns please!! Lol. The murderer is non-binary - huh. Imagine that. I read on Twitter he purchased the weapon legally despite his record. Dunno if this is factual?
