The outdoor event, which celebrates Cleveland’s AsiaTown neighborhood and local Asian culture, takes place during Asian Pacific American (APA) Heritage month. This year, it's taking place May 21 & 22.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- After two years away, Cleveland Asian Festival will return to in-person festivities May 21-22, at East 27th St. and Payne Ave.

“We’re excited about being able to gather together again for this year’s Cleveland Asian Festival and the opportunity to celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month this May,” said Lisa Wong, a founder of Cleveland Asian Festival and president of the OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates Greater Cleveland Chapter , in a press release. “We invite everyone to patronize the local Asian businesses and to continue supporting the APA community during these challenging times.
