After the flurry of activity between the two sides and a number of concessions made, there were indications from MGM TV that an agreement was looking good. But that never materialized.
This is really unfortunate. ClariceCBS never stood a chance because CBS didn’t properly promote or schedule it. I have been a huge fan and I never even know when it’s on the air. Everyone involved in the series deserves so much better. Clarice
