Known affectionately known as "Maman Dion," the Canadian television personality died Thursday, Dion's management confirmed to USA TODAY. She was 92.
"It is with deep sadness that Feeling Productions announces the death of Mrs. Thérèse Tanguay Dion," reads a statement provided by spokesperson Chantal Tessier Friday."Mrs. Dion died peacefully at home last night, surrounded by her family."featuring Thérèse, husband Adhémar-Charles Dion and their 14 children. The photo includes Dion, who is at 51 the youngest of nine girls and five boys.
