Some of Hollywood's biggest stars are teaming up with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to support a NY bill that would shut down what they say is a puppy mill pipeline funneling poorly-treated dogs into pet stores.
Puppy mills are vile and shouldn't be allowed. Responsible limited breeding by individual owners maybe, but REALLY a rescue fam. Our dog? Found him half starved on the street. Our cats, 2 out of the several feral kittens I've saved. We'll actually go to a shelter someday lmao 🤷♀️
