In northwest Colorado, a 108,277-acre ranch where an allosaurus skeleton was discovered is hitting the market for $15.5 million

I'm sure more than just that ranch belonged to the dinosaurs.

Is this the value of the skeleton or the price of the land?😅

The shier size of land is astounding. How can one household own so much?

$715 an acre (approximately) for the 21,000 deeded acres. That's not bad. I'll gladly re-pay you some future Tuesday for 15 million today.
