Canadian passengers who exhibit symptoms of the coronavirus infection will not be permitted to board the flight and will instead be transferred to the Japanese health care system to receive appropriate care, the government said.

Note that bus is one of twenty buses for US passengers, chartered by Japan and operated by Japan Self-Defense Force. Canada and Hong Kong passengers will be transported to the airport in the same way. And UK, Russia, Israel, Australia and other countries must follow!
