The part of this video that got me was when one officer stooped to help the old guy but was pulled back up by the perpetrator. I see later in the video that some guy in military fatigues did stop to assist. But damn! You don't walk past someone who's obviously injured.
If you can't distinguish between use of force requirements, you're in the wrong profession. That cop should be in the first set of the nights zip cuffs. As a medic, I'm not sure I've ever seen a basal skull bleed from the ear that fast. Disgusting.
