The company's third Valley location will also be 7,500 square feet and developed in Tempe at the southwest corner of Warner Road and Jewel Street adjacent to a Drury Inn & Suites hotel also within a short distance from I-10 and the Ahwatukee Village of Phoenix.
The Goodyear location is expected to be open by summer of 2024, while the Tempe location will open by late 2024. Chuck Wells, a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews in Phoenix, represented Bubba's 33 in the deals. Bubba's 33 opened its first Arizona location in Peoria in 2018. The company recently opened its 40th U.S. location in Tyler, Texas.
