That’s a large enough sum to make “Butter” the bestselling track in America, and once again, the tune makes history by selling as well as it has.refreshes its charts tomorrow, “Butter” will hold atop the Digital Song Sales list, the ranking of the bestselling tracks in the U.S.
With 17 weeks at No. 1 on the Digital Song Sales chart, “Butter” will officially tie Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber’s “Despacito” as the tune with the second-most frames spent atop that ranking. Back in 2017 when that multilingual smash was running the world, it broke the all-time record for the most weeks in charge of the purchase-only roster, though it was bested earlier this year.
