As long as the responsible authority continues to take 2 years or more (and a LOT of bribe) to approve sustainable management projects, this will continue to happen. The farmer needs to work but the bureaucracy does not let him!!!
Stop threatening and act. Brazilians pay lip service to deforestation. Without economic pressure nothing will change.
