Because I do not think five justices agree with. Yes, it was a 6–3 decision. Yes, every justice in the majority joined Thomas’ opinion in full. But one justice, Brett Kavanaugh, wrote a separate opinion laying out a different standard that cannot be squared with Thomas’.
Its sad that there are any judges that agree that domestic abusers deserve a gun, knowing that raises the rate of domestic abuse, threats, and killings.
Wouldn’t count on that.
I forgot the part of the 2A where it says that 'domestic abusers' lose the right to bear arms.

This Conservative Court wants gun access as open and easy as it was for the wife beaters and slave owners of the 18th Century.
And once again the Constitution wins out. I know people like you hate that document but it is the law of the land and it does give the right of the people to keep and bear arms based off of 1791 law. 😂 So have fun with that.
In our justice system there's a concept of innocent until proven guilty. The abuser in this case is obviously a horrible person, but until guilt is proven, constitutional rights don't just get thrown out. This article was garbage.
