Iconic folk singer Bob Dylan has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in 1965, when the musician was in his mid-20s, according to a lawsuit filed last week in New York.
Dylan, now 80, allegedly “established an emotional connection” with J.C. to “lower her inhibitions with the object of sexually abusing her, which he did,” the suit says.

For context: New York recently (2019) changed their laws on statute of limitations for sexual assault against children. Before, the victim could not file a suit after they turned 23 yo. So she couldn’t for the last several decades.

Dylan was on tour at the time, mostly in Europe, with a documentary film crew in tow. The idiot who filed this suit didn't possess the basic human intelligence to pick a time when Dylan was on the same Continent without a film crew.

Why is this news? It seems like a court case to me, no real need to report it, if he is found guilty however, that would be news, as it stands however, it's exposing him to a barrage of public rage, it's Trial by Media, punishment without conviction.
