I think all white cops need to get out of the predominantly black area and just have black cops. I'm tired of hearing these stories.
The cop seems handcuff happy. If the girl was really trying to kill her self, mounting her like that wasn’t ok. Police need to be trained for mental health situations. All of this would of been avoid, especially him going after her mom. Everything was too aggressive.
