Joe Biden announced a raft of executive orders he will sign on his first day, including ending the process of leaving the World Health Organization and rejoining the Paris climate accords.

President-elect Biden also will stop border-wall construction, reverse the executive order excluding undocumented immigrants from the U.S.

Census, ask for the extension of eviction and foreclosure moratoriums, and ask for the extension of the pause on interest and principal payments for direct federal loans. Biden is set to be sworn in at noon Eastern time on Wednesday.
