Vishal Garg, the CEO of Better, is back to head the company from his leave of absence after firing 900 employees over Zoom

while Better engaged an independent third party to"do a leadership and cultural assessment."

The company has since conducted a"thorough, independent" review and will be expanding its leadership with a new board chairman, a president, and a chief human resources officer, the reported, citing the internal memo on Tuesday. How on earth does this happen? He’s the worst leadership of people I’ve witnessed in over a decade. This company is clearly not interested in people retention, or employee relations.
