Don't lie to me. risemeccanica I see this ratio of 1:16 suggested often but coffee invariably comes out too thin for my taste. A finer grind just makes it taste more bitter. I find a ratio of 1:10 makes for a brew that really highlights the fruit flavor of coffee and stands up well to milk.
