At 19 hours, it's the world's longest flight. But how will the human body cope?

I flew from Australia to LA which was a 16 hour flight I believe and it was long but tolerated. I guess it depends on your seats

They just now doing a study? A 19 flight I was on to Thailand back in the nineties was long, boring, and somewhat stressful due to the seating being so close together/compacted. They say you loose weight when you fly... a 19 hour flight makes you stir crazy.

No problem, as long as you have enough logistics and entertainment on board. Business class however has better leg space so you can stretch out. Question is, is the plane capable of flying that long Qantas QantasUSA
