As mass shootings continue, Ohio is about to significantly loosen its gun-control laws

'...WELL REGULATED MILITIA...' It does not say, 'unregulated'. Safety, Training, Background Checks, Certification, Registration, More Training, and Recertification - that is what 'well regulated' means.
