Almost half of voters 18 to 29 years old and over half of those age 18 to 19 reported being contacted by the Biden campaign or the Democratic Party in the month before Election Day. In contrast, just 31% of voters 18 to 29 and 34% of those 18 and 19 were reached by the GOP. Both parties have a long way to go to fully engage young voters, but the GOP was not even making contact with a majority of its youngest supporters in the run-up to a critical presidential election.

Better healthcare means people are living longer, so older gens are not making way for the young. Older gens are holding on to housing, jobs, money, resources, and they'll vote Conservative to keep it. Republicans know there's nothing to worry about for a while yet. gerontocracy
